Though born in New York City on 9/11, I grew up and live in La Jolla, a San Diego neighborhood that has been home for as long as I can remember.

Before striking out on my own some years ago with Brass Ring Mobile Music, I had the privilege to work for some of San Diego’s finest DJ companies. I started out working for Smooth Jazz radio great KIFM 98.1‘s mobile operation and local DJ notable, Mr. Bill Calhoun. Eventually I found myself as top DJ for SoundOff, San Diego’s mobile music leader during my 12 years there. I continue to have the pleasure to work with Allegro Entertainment, operated by “The Voice of La Jolla,” La Jolla institution: “Ron J” Jones. (15 time past president of the San Diego DJ Association)

OVER 1000 EVENTS as dedicated San Diego DJ / MC!

Over those great years, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of well over 1000 of my clients’ special times: weddings (I consider that my specialty), birthdays, reunions, anniversaries, grand openings, holiday parties, the list goes on and on. I really love being part of socially, ethnically and musically diverse events because I get to indulge my own wide-ranging love for music.

I’ve shared a mic with long-time Southern California favorite radio personality Shotgun Tom Kelly at San Diego’s beloved Corvette Diner for several years, helped San Diego radio favorite Cookie “Chainsaw” Randolph (“The DSC” morning radio show) celebrate his wife’s 50th birthday, welcomed our fighting heroes home from Desert Storm, entertained Navy families aboard the legendary aircraft carrier USS Kittyhawk as we cruised the high seas…partied with the United States Marines numerous times as they celebrated the Corps’ birthday (Semper Fi!)…I even got to share the stage with The Beach Boys (my favorite band when I was a kid) at a fabulous party thrown by Sony Corporation at the grand Hotel Del Coronado. These are but a few of the highlights over the years.

I look forward to making my next favorite moment with you and your guests!
